When I first saw the materials at my Ikebana class this Saturday, the word came to my mind was “refreshing”.Around Christmas and New Year time, we used lots of materials in red to get the holiday spirit. In this arrangement, the color of the orchids gave me the refreshing feeling, or, the change of the color tune gave me the refreshing feeling.
